NEWSLETTER   Vol 33, 04/2007 Key Conference Solutions Venue Finding Service

Hi,

I must apologise for running a month behind schedule. Yes, this was to be our April newsletter but now coming to you in May and I will make every effort to be on time in the future.

One of the reasons was my absence from the office on a short visit to Beijing in China, preparing the ground work for a group we have going there in October 2007. With this group Key Conference Solutions are handling the full event management for the six day conference including a couple of days for some site seeing. The construction work going on in Beijing is amazing, especially around the Olympic facilities – the "birds nest" the main stadium is a stunning piece of architecture and a really impressive structure. No doubt we will see it all on 'the box' when the Olympics get underway in 2008.

Business continues to be strong with much interest being shown for Sydney with the APEC 2007 Conference impacting on availability in Sydney especially in the months of September and October. Some clients are happy to consider Melbourne as a destination in these busy months which are creeping up on us all.

We are now well and truly into the footy season – hope your team is doing well. Here at our office I'm off to a good start leading our tipping competition by 3 - Go Hawks.

Regards,

Jim Conway

"I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be happy. I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate. It is, above all to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all."
